  • What's in your goodies?
    Our donut dough is made from flour, free-range eggs, butter, sugar, salt and yeast and are fried in sunflower oil. So they are suitable for vegetarians. As much as possible we use local and Australian ingredients. We are proud to be using 100% High Welfare Free Range Eggs from Mountain Pride Farms in Peats Ridge, Central Coast, NSW. Sultanas, Hazelnuts and Pistachios come from Carboor Harvest farm. We look forward to create more relationship with local producers. Unfortunately, we don't cater for allergies and our products may contain gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat, etc.
  • Where to find us?
    We are shop 28 inside the Galleria Ettalong Beach. (189 Ocean View Road, Ettalong Beach, NSW, 2257) We are open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 9am to 4pm (or sold out). We have a range of French cakes and sweets including our beignets, madeleines, friands and brioche to indulge in a beautiful European decor or to take home. See you there....
